Why we collect it

The only reason we collect your information is to respond to your quote request. We use it to:

• Understand your project and prepare a quote
• Contact you with that quote or any follow-up questions
• Communicate with you throughout the project if you proceed

We will never use your information for marketing, sell it to third parties, or add you to any mailing list without your explicit consent.

How your information is transmitted

Quote request submissions are sent using EmailJS, a third-party email delivery service. Your form data passes through their servers to reach our inbox. EmailJS processes this data as a service provider on our behalf and does not use it for any independent purpose. You can review their privacy policy at emailjs.com.

Beyond this transmission, your data is stored only in our email inbox and is not uploaded to any database or CRM.

How long we keep your information

We keep your information for as long as it is reasonably necessary to:

• Complete the project, if you proceed
• Handle any follow-up questions or disputes related to the work

If you do not proceed with a project, we retain your inquiry for up to 12 months, after which it is deleted.

Your rights under POPIA

Under the Protection of Personal Information Act, you have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
• Correction — ask us to correct any inaccurate or outdated information
• Deletion — request that we delete your personal information
• Objection — object to the processing of your personal information

No method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take our responsibility seriously and will notify you promptly if we become aware of any breach affecting your data.

Children's privacy

Our services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18. If you believe a minor has submitted information through our site, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
